The program is monitoring the imported category and also exported ones ( even for a client or to be used via the technician inside the company to maintain air conditioning sets ) every kind of exporting has a separate screen.

The program issues a printed invoice about that. It is also monitor all kind of invoices. So that , user can view any invoices entered before with the ability to print it .

The program monitor also the categories activate. The user can view all operations which are performed on any category event it imported or exported dates and the name of dealer with and can print a report.
It is monitor the amounts of all categories too. So, if the amount of a certain category is deceased than as it should be in the store, the program sends an alert to monitor that.
